My stay at Hyatt House Charlotte Center City was fantastic. The modern and spacious guestrooms offered a contemporary twist to the traditional suite experience. The room feel, from the top floor to a slightly quieter room on the 9th, was impressive. The black and gray décor gave the room a sleek and stylish ambiance, making it feel more like a luxurious apartment than just a hotel room.

The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel offers a gym and pool for guests to enjoy. The complimentary breakfast buffet and omelette station were delicious. We especially appreciated the fact that there were vegetarian and vegan options available. The staff members were all friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for shows and making check-in a breeze. The valet guys were welcoming and accommodating, even going so far as to retrieve our forgotten tickets from the car. our experience at the Hyatt House was fantastic.

The lack of coordination and staffing at the valet section resulted in delayed service during busy check-out times. This minor inconvenience with the valet operations could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel had a swanky and clean atmosphere, with a full-size kitchen that had all the necessary cooking utensils. The valet parking was a cool feature, and the bar downstairs served the best drinks we had all night. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go and avoid the crazy traffic.
