Comfortable stay with great staff

Had a spacious room that was nice and comfy. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Breakfast had a good variety, though the oatmeal could’ve been better. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the noise from outside on a couple of nights.

I always stay here. They helped with early check-in on my first visit. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, pool, gym, spa, pet-friendly, no smoking. Perfect for me. Coming back for New Year.

Nothing everything was great

We encountered a minor inconvenience with the outdated shower, but the spacious King size room made up for it. the private parking garage was secure, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. the staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the room was surprisingly spacious with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, making it convenient for longer stays. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Additionally, the location was ideal for us, within walking distance of entertainment and just a short stroll to the American Airlines Center.

Shower in Room 336 had low pressure. Pantry lacked plant-based options.

During my Xmas stay, the breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including different types of milk like Almond milk, making it a nice perk. the location was super convenient, with a short 10-minute walk to the American Airlines Arena saving us money on parking. Additionally, the staff were friendly and respectful, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

We encountered a room mix-up where we walked into an already occupied room, leading to an awkward situation. Although we were promptly given another room, the initial experience was unsettling.

The hotel was much nicer than anticipated for its location. It's close to Love Field and downtown, making it super convenient. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, even with recommending a great place for dinner. the breakfast, including the omelette bar, was fantastic and very convenient.
