I was so frustrated when we arrived and found our double queen bed room wasn’t available. After a long drive, being told to either switch to a king or leave was incredibly disappointing. They really dropped the ball on this one.

A standout feature is the mouthwatering breakfast, catering to all tastes—truly a feast that energizes your day. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown. attention to detail is lacking. Our room had cleaning issues—dust and debris were noticeable. Maintenance needs improvement; broken amenities hindered comfort. Communication with staff fell short, particularly concerning lost items. With some updates and better management, this property could be exceptional. It has potential, but there's work to be done for a consistently great experience.

Breakfast was decent but could use improvement, with limited refills and some cold items. The slamming doors were disruptive, making it hard to sleep. A few tweaks could make this place truly shine!

While breakfast needs improvement, the helpful staff and proximity to eateries make for a pleasant stay.

During my stay, I was thrilled by how close I was to so many of Nashville’s iconic spots, with places like Centennial Park just 1 kilometer away and the vibrant heart of downtown only a short 2.5 kilometers stroll, making it easy to explore the lively music scene and delicious dining options like Ruth's Chris Steak House just a few steps from my door, and I really appreciated the hotel’s clean and modern suites with enticing city views from floor-to-ceiling windows; the helpful staff always had a friendly smile ready to assist, though I did find the corner market a bit limited for snacks but the complimentary shuttle to nearby attractions was a game-changer.

Great location near tons of restaurants and attractions. Room was spacious with a kitchenette, full-size fridge, and big windows. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were nice. Breakfast could use more food options. The fitness center was solid. Housekeeping kept the place tidy everyday. Parking was easy and Hattie B's was just around the corner!

Loved the spin-around TV, great breakfast, and clean property. Fantastic outdoor patio and accommodating staff. Some areas for improvement like smoking on the patio. Room and amenities overall top-notch. Will definitely return. Great value for the price.

The room featured large windows that provided a full view of the city, which was stunning. The bed was extremely comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. the toilet ran constantly, which was distracting. There were cleanliness issues; splatter on the wall and dried food on the switches in the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped for cooking, but there was no toaster and the mini fridge was a disappointment compared to what was advertised. The noise level was noticeable. Housekeeping kept the room tidy but missed deeper cleaning. Nice breakfast selection.
