Staff helped me with bags at first stay. Perfect place with Wi, Fi, pool, fitness center, laundry, business center. Great for city breaks. Always coming back for the warm welcome and amenities like no smoking, 24, hour reception, and pet, friendly policy.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House for business for a week. the staff was exceptional, the location superb, and the breakfast clutch. the room was modern with a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a perfectly stocked bathroom. The room was clean and in good repair, with a small kitchenette and separated bedroom and bath. Plenty of closet and drawer space, as well as a shelf under the sink in the bathroom for storage. The bed and linens were great, providing a comfortable stay. The property is conveniently located near the 101 Loop, making it easy to get around. Also, as a disabled guest, the hotel provided excellent facilities and amenities.

The bathroom is large and features a dressing area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with the general manager going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The breakfast selection is great, with options like turkey sausage for guests to enjoy. The hotel is also new and clean, exuding a modern and inviting atmosphere.

Some guests experienced a lack of communication from staff during an incident with the fire alarm.

The room was incredibly comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the pool area was a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of work. the towels at the pool were a nice touch and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sun. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key sites and attractions.

Our room was not refreshed or straightened during our three-day stay and we ran out of toilet paper, having to use Kleenex. the staff seemed young and not very informed, with front desk personnel struggling to answer our questions satisfactorily.
