Our stay at Hyatt House was absolutely wonderful. The spacious rooms and convenient location to nearby restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

As guests with children, we loved the plentiful parking and safe location with beautiful mountain views. The staff was very considerate and helpful, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great closet space and a well-stocked kitchen. The pool was crystal clear and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and seating areas. And the cherry on top, the hotel offered real cable TV with on-demand options on both TVs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and solved a minor reservation problem within 2 minutes. The room was in excellent condition, all new and cleaned to perfection. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living room with a good TV, and the comfortable bed. The amenities were great, including the free parking, snack zone, bar, and swimming pool. The staff was cheerful and helpful, making my experience truly delightful. The breakfast was also good, with hot choices that were actually hot.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was easy to find, and we had a great view of the twinkling lights from the nearby Evermore. the staff was also very nice and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. the shower in our room was fantastic, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience.

One aspect that disappointed us was the continental breakfast. the selection was not great, with dry bagels, concentrated orange juice, and a limited choice of cereal.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly staff at the hotel. the rooms were well, maintained and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was situated in a key area, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities nearby. Another advantage I enjoyed was the hotel's pet, friendly policy, allowing me to bring my furry friends along.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the noise insulation of the rooms was poor, as I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which disturbed my sleep.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the suites were of great quality with a nice fully equipped kitchen, a small living room with a good TV, and a la carte movies service included in the price of the room. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive - everything was in excellent condition, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the comfortable bed and great shower. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast, which was better than most hotels I've stayed in.
