I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at a hotel in Chiayi City. The room was very modern and in a great location. Although it was a bit small for my family of four, the staff were polite and friendly, offering excellent customer service. The atmosphere and building were also very appealing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious tea-themed rooms with luxurious bath tubs, green tea and traditional tea amenities included. Gym and skypool available for guests. Staff offers complimentary tea and birthday gift, plus free shots at rooftop lounge. Buffet breakfast surpasses expectations. Will definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, being close to the city center and within walking distance to the train station. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly welcome drink to the efficient room service and housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the flat-screen TV, parquet floor, and the complimentary toiletries provided. Additionally, the dining experience by the poolside snack bar was delightful, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area added to the overall ambiance of this luxurious hotel. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel had a great design with modern and comfortable rooms. The rooftop pool offered an amazing view of the city and was a perfect place to relax. The friendly staff were very helpful with any queries we had. The location was also great, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.

Although the room was clean, we did notice some areas that needed improvement, such as dusty corners and worn furnishings. The bathroom could have been better maintained, with mold in some areas.
