The staff at this hotel were incredible - so friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. the two-room suite was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of space for everyone. Plus, having a kitchen in the suite was a huge convenience.

There was some construction happening during our stay, which was quite noisy and disruptive. It would have been nice to have been informed about this ahead of time.

The view of the mountains from our 7th-floor room was breathtaking, and the king bed was comfortable. Despite the crowded breakfast room, the selection of hot and cold options was good. The elevators requiring room made us feel safer than we ever have in a hotel. The room itself was pleasantly equipped and the king bed was very comfortable. The hotel had good wifi accessibility and the breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold choices. The location was perfect, with easy access to San Jose airport. We were also thrilled to find billiards in the lounge and restaurants nearby.
