I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across the street from the ocean and very near the beach. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool and gym on the third floor. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with Andres at reception and Jose at the bar being particularly attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding.

This hotel is a fantastic choice if you're looking for value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just across the street and the famous Bal Harbor shops a stone's throw away. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurant options nearby that we absolutely loved. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The rooms, with options of 2 double beds or a king bed, are spacious and well-appointed, complete with a small kitchen for added convenience. And last but not least, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day.

We loved this place! The location is just across the street from the beach and near plenty of restaurants. The staff is attentive, and we appreciated the room amenities like the microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenette. we had a great experience. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were fantastic, and the housekeeping kept the room spotless. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service and the welcome drink upon arrival.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay! The pool on the rooftop had breathtaking views and was a great spot to relax. The beach chairs, towels, and sun shades provided were a bonus! The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. The daily housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. The corridor leading to the rooms could have been cleaner. Additionally, there was a discrepancy of $150 between the amount charged and the invoice received. Although they assured me it would be refunded, it was still an inconvenience.

We were delighted with our recent stay at Residence Inn. The rooftop pool surrounded by palm trees and comfy seating options provided a relaxing oasis. The front desk staff, especially Patrick, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was extremely convenient, just one block away from the beach. We also appreciated the inclusion of beach service, with deck chairs, towels, and an umbrella provided. The spacious room and kitchenette were perfect for our needs. The free bikes and good wifi were additional bonuses. we had a wonderful experience at Residence Inn.

Great location just steps from the beach. The breakfast had a good selection of food and was better than expected. I reported an issue with my room and it was promptly taken care of. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast choices are plentiful, with plenty of tables and chairs. The staff is friendly and helpful. a great hotel for a relaxing beach vacation.

The rooftop pool can be a little cool, but it's still a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
