our recent stay in miami beach was great, but residence inn blew us away! the beautiful property, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms made our birthday celebration unforgettable. it felt like a cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities. highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across the street from the ocean and very near the beach. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool and gym on the third floor. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with Andres at reception and Jose at the bar being particularly attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding.

The location is unbeatable, with the beach just across the street and the famous Bal Harbor shops a stone's throw away. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurant options nearby that we absolutely loved. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The rooms, with options of 2 double beds or a king bed, are spacious and well-appointed, complete with a small kitchen for added convenience. And last but not least, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay! the pool on the rooftop had breathtaking views and was a great spot to relax. the beach chairs, towels, and sun shades provided were a bonus! the hotel's location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. the daily housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. the corridor leading to the rooms could have been cleaner.
