As a family of 5, the 2 queen and Sofa bed at Hyatt House were perfect for our comfortable stay. The breakfast was awesome, especially the omelet area! The front desk could've been more welcoming, but Angel of Reservations was a great service person. The property was well-maintained with beautiful landscaping, clean carpets, spotless rooms, and a variety of amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was healthy and balanced. a super nice place that we would gladly return to.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the midst of a great outdoor mall with lots of restaurant choices, which was great. The cleanliness of the rooms and the updated bathrooms were impressive. The staff was very helpful and the check-in process was fast and efficient. Another positive aspect was the free parking, which was also undercover.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fact that our rooms were connecting.

There was some noise from the nearby road. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell from other guests cooking in their rooms.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of a shopping complex with plenty of dining options and a supermarket nearby. It made it so convenient to have everything within walking distance. the hotel also had a grill by the poolside which we were able to use for a fun BBQ. It was great being able to buy food from the nearby supermarket and enjoy a meal outdoors.

Had a blast on my Easter break at a hotel on the South Coast. My room was spacious with blackout shades, lots of natural light, and a shower with high pressure. the friendly staff made me feel like family upon arrival. They had a complimentary breakfast that included made-to-order omelets, sausage, cereal, waffles, toast. One other advantage was the gorgeous top-floor view of the city, I even snapped a few pics to show off to my friends!

Although the hotel had a shuttle service, on game day, I couldn't get the shuttle to the train station when I wanted because it started at 1130. the Wi-Fi signal was poor and not suitable for someone who needs to work in the hotel, and the chrome cast would randomly disconnect.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby tech companies and the airport. the breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a variety of options and a made-to-order omelette station. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were subpar. the sliding door for the bathroom was outdated and inconvenient, and the bedding had stains on it.

I had an exceptional stay at Hyatt House. The location was perfect, right in the middle of a shopping center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the beds not being the most comfortable and the AC being a bit noisy, overall I had a great experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.
