The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere during our New Year stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. the hotel's convenient location allowed us easy access to various attractions and amenities nearby. Additionally, the breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide range of delicious options to start our day.

We were disappointed with the water pressure in the bathroom shower, as it was weak and provided an underwhelming shower experience. It would be great if this could be improved to ensure a more satisfying stay for guests.

We loved the layout of the rooms, especially how the bedroom and bathroom were separate from the living room area. It made traveling with our kids so convenient. The kitchen area was well equipped, and we appreciated the quality of the silverware. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the breakfast area was comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options like eggs, potatoes, bagels, cereal, and fruit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is close to highways and a Wegmans grocery store. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, and our one-bedroom apartment had all the amenities we needed. The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, and we were able to check in ahead of schedule.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities. The evening happy hour with food was a great value and very convenient. The breakfast, especially the omelet station, was delicious and made to order. The hotel staff, especially Vernon, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I will definitely choose Hyatt House for my future travels.
