The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about local dining options, a boon for tourists. Breakfast was exceptional, and the manager was incredibly accommodating. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. soundproofing leaves room for improvement; traffic noise can be disruptive. Our request for a first-floor room went unanswered, leading to some frustration at check-in. The bathroom could use additional hooks for towels, but these are minor concerns. Clean, secure, and well-situated, this hotel met our needs effectively. Would recommend with a few tweaks.

I was charged a hefty $250 for supposedly smoking in my room, but I never did! The room smelled like smoke upon arrival. After multiple calls to management asking for evidence, they just ignored me. Total scam!

Great location! Just a short walk to Beale Street and downtown. Clean rooms with all the basics like a microwave, fridge, and a nice private bathroom. Free parking is always a plus. Super clean, new place with a fantastic location close to Beale St Loved that we could walk to most attractions, and having secure parking was a big plus. Breakfast was pretty decent too. Just wish the queen beds were actually queen-sized. It was kinda noisy one night with a party next door.

Just a short stroll from iconic Beale Street and within easy walking distance of the FedEx Forum, Elvis Statue, and the National Civil Rights Museum, my stay was truly delightful as I soaked in the energy of Memphis with so much to see nearby, plus I enjoyed a clean and comfy room with great amenities like a fridge and coffee machine, but the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.

Great free parking and nice fitness center. Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.
