i stayed here for a christmas party and was pleasantly surprised by how the hotel exceeded my expectations. the rooms were stunning, with modern design and cleanliness, and the breakfast spread was a delightful start to the day. my previous stay in albany was nice, but this experience was on another level, especially with the cozy vibes.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, we got this cozy room that was really clean. the breakfast was yummy, but i wished for some adult cereal options. also, the location is great, there’s a cool skyline walk behind the hotel and some awesome breweries nearby like common roots. staying here was comfy and chill overall.

during my stay, I was thrilled to find that the hotel is just a few steps from Albany City Hall and within easy walking distance of the New York State Capitol, making it perfect for leisurely strolls through the city where I could soak in the history and architecture.

The clean, stylish furnishings added to the comfort of the stay, and the lack of smoke odors made it family-friendly. Parking was conveniently arranged, though it was mixed with public access, which could be confusing. Breakfast added value, and the staff's friendliness contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. However, a bathroom sliding door issue affected privacy during showers and seemed to detract from the overall experience.

The King Suite was spacious and offered an amazing view from the top floor, making our stay feel really special. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and grabbing a drink at the stylish bar area, perfect for unwinding. Just a heads-up, the bed felt a bit too soft for me, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 😊
