Great location for early flights

The location is super convenient for catching flights. Check-in was smooth and my family had plenty of space in the room. I really loved the little shop for snacks and travel necessities. A bit of dust here and there in the room, plus the breakfast could use some improvement.

The first thing I liked about this hotel was the convenient location. It was easily accessible from the main highway and close to major attractions in the area. Secondly, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus and saved us some money. the breakfast choices were good and the breakfast ladies were super nice. Lastly, the hotel had friendly and professional staff who were always willing to assist.

There were a few aspects of my experience that I did not like. the design of the room layout was odd.

I had an overall nice stay at a reasonable rate at Hyatt Place. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, and I particularly appreciated the availability of a first-floor room. The hotel was quiet, allowing for a peaceful sleep. I also had a positive experience with the quick response when I requested a shuttle ride back from the airport.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. there was no USB plug in the room, which would have been convenient for charging my devices.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Clean and updated rooms made it easy to relax with our baby. Convenient location and prompt shuttle service. Enjoyed the pool and delicious breakfast options. Would definitely return.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Albuquerque for a quick stopover. The shuttle service was fantastic, taking us to restaurants and even the car rental. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided was also delicious. The property itself was spacious, from the parking lot to the lobby and rooms. It's definitely my go-to hotel when passing through.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was amazing - just a stone's throw from the airport with a free shuttle available. This was particularly helpful since I had an early morning flight to catch. Also, the fact that this place had 2 separate areas was great for my family's visit. The service was top-notch too, from check-in to check-out. My queries were expertly handled, and my request for specific room amenities was promptly fulfilled. I also liked that there was a fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool, which I made use of during my stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. We were on a road trip and stayed for a week. The hotel was easily accessible from I-25 and the facilities were as expected. The staff was professional, except for one instance when we requested an extra luggage holder, but the breakfast ladies were super nice and the breakfast choices were good. The continental breakfast was excellent, and we especially appreciated the early morning, pre-breakfast on the day we had to be on the road at 4am. The staff, including the desk manager Victor, was extremely friendly and competent in their jobs. The parking was always available. a perfect place to call home for a week. Great job by all!

The room was modern, with a large sectional sofa, and had plenty of counter space. The breakfast was included and had a good variety of hot items as well as some local fare.
