As a business traveler, I appreciated the helpful staff who arranged an Uber for me when the shuttle driver was late. They also promptly notified me when my food was ready. No room service, but that wasn't a problem for me. The room was comfortable and quiet, with great amenities.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for one night before catching a flight. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had a free shuttle service. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with vibrant and soothing decor. The use of glass and tile added to the modern feel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, including a variety of juices and fruit. The snack menu and bar also offered a nice range of food options. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Despite being in proximity to the airport, the hotel is very quiet and calm, allowing for a peaceful stay. Additionally, the rooms are very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, that are very well-appointed. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is another highlight.

There was an issue with sliding shower doors that wouldn't stay shut, leading to water getting all over the floor.

Additionally, the mini-laundromat on-site was a lifesaver for washing our kids' wet clothes after using the pool. I was really impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect for those flying out early in the morning as it’s right next to the airport. Prices were reasonable and the value for money was definitely there. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had a great shower. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from.

That the turn into the hotel could be marked better. A bigger sign or clearer directions would have been helpful.

The room was amazing, with super comfy bedding and a perfect workspace for my laptop. I loved the separate sitting area for chilling out. The 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix was a game-changer – perfect for my karaoke nights!

The air conditioning was a bit too chilly for my liking.
