The hotel rooms are spacious and well-decorated. The lobby has convenient sitting areas, perfect for meeting people or working on your computer. The property is conveniently located near the University of Chicago, with its beautiful campus. It's great being able to walk around the university and visit the bookstores on 57th Street. The hotel is also close to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores on 53rd Street. it's a great location, especially for women traveling alone.

We loved that the hotel had newly renovated rooms and lobby, clean and decent amenities. The staff was unbelievably friendly and very helpful. The spacious bathroom with a tub and shower was a plus. The hotel also had a feature called gallery menu, which was convenient for late-night orders. The hotel seemed very clean, and the hallway carpets appeared new. Many channels were available on the nice big TV.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the shuttle service to the nearby medical center was often overcrowded, making it difficult for us to use it.

It was also in proximity to the University of Chicago and many local attractions in Hyde Park.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who even helped us with parking. The secure parking was convenient and worth the price. The rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds. The hotel's location in a nice neighborhood with families and college students was great. We enjoyed the free concert and farmers market nearby, as well as the close proximity to the beach and Promontory Point. There were also many restaurants and shops in the area, along with a Target and CVS. The hotel was conveniently close to transit stops, with a Metra station just 3 blocks away. we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel provided us with complimentary breakfast every morning during our business trip. the breakfast menu had a good variety of options and was filling. the hotel is located near a train station, making our commute easier. Another advantage was having a clean and comfortable room with amenities, such as a desk and plenty of power sockets.

The housekeeping service was not consistent and the room was not properly restocked every day. the bar in the lobby was not efficient and lacked quality service.
