My recent stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic. The hotel was impeccably clean and the facilities were inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with any requests or questions I had. The meeting rooms were perfect for my business needs, and the beverage service was outstanding. The location was also ideal, with plenty of shopping and dining options in the area. I highly recommend Hyatt Place for a fantastic stay in Westlake.

Well-located near a lively shopping and entertainment area. The front desk and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was filling, with a variety of options to choose from. Parking is free of charge. A good option if you plan to visit Westlake.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Crocker Park. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, from the front desk personnel to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The hotel itself was modern and immaculate, with a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Crocker Park, a destination shopping center with a variety of stores and plenty of restaurant choices. I loved being able to walk to everything I needed, including the Yard House restaurant. The breakfast provided was the best I've ever had at a hotel, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, including real eggs.

Great location near an outdoor mall with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet with fresh and tasty options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep.

Parking was a bit inconvenient as we had to stop at the front desk to get a special pass before parking in the garage. There were some maintenance issues, like a running toilet that wasn't fixed despite being reported, and a lack of soap dishes in the shower.

This hotel is located in a very cute neighborhood, right in the heart of the uber popular Crocker Park commercial district, offering great value for money. The staff is super helpful and attentive to every detail, which reflects in the quality of the basic amenities, the room's great bedding with soft pillows, and the comfortable couch in the sitting space. The complimentary breakfast is amazing, with delicious vegan options.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the beautiful facility with modern rooms, TV, Wifi, and plenty of plug-ins. The under-seat plugins in the dining area were a smart touch and the no-swipe card keys made access convenient. The surrounding area in Crocker Park was a lovely outdoor mall town center.

The location was perfect, with lots of people out and about, providing a lively atmosphere for shopping and dining. The breakfast in the morning was good, and there was plenty of coffee available. The staff was also very helpful and pleasant, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Our room was upgraded to a suite and we were greeted with Prosecco and a congratulations note. Great location with a variety of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. we had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place.
