The bed was comfortable, the TV had a good picture, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. The night staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with luggage. There was a hot tub available, but it was difficult to access due to limited availability.

The staff was wonderful and so very helpful! They provided toiletries and made us feel comfortable even though we arrived at 3am. The rooms at Hilton Garden Inn were perfectly stocked with all the essentials. The breakfast was very good and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great hospitality service from the breakfast attendants to the staff at the bar.

They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the entire hotel was always clean, which was a major plus. the location was also great, as it was close to everything we wanted to visit during our city break. Despite being centrally located, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival, which was quite off-putting.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a convenient store inside the hotel with super affordable prices. We felt very safe in the area and interacted with a lot of friendly staff. The room was fantastic with great service features like room service, laundry, and taxi service, not to mention all the amenities including ironing facilities, tea and coffee.
