The hotel had great service and was conveniently located near Schottenstein Center. The free covered parking was a plus. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient location. The rooms were exactly as expected, comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities, including the fitness center, were well-maintained and provided us with everything we needed. The free covered parking was a big plus, and we appreciated being close to the grocery store and not far from the convention center where we were competing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Plenty of parking available and the hotel breakfast was decent, especially the shoulder bacon. The hotel lobby was clean and the staff, in general, was friendly.

The room felt like it needed a deep cleaning, and my feet felt dirty after walking around in the room. The mattress was uncomfortable and had springs protruding through.

We loved the swimming pool and the fitness center, which were both very clean and well-maintained.

The charging port for our phones was located under the nightstand, which made it difficult to charge our phones at night.

The staff was super friendly and check-in was easy. The hotel is close to OSU medical center and shopping centers, and also offers covered parking. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to town, this time with my family.
