The staff at the hotel bar were amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating. They changed the channel to my liking and made my food extremely fast and delicious. the drinks were also fantastic. the cozy room was perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. the well-appointed rooms had a great sitting area and a desk to work at. the location near DFW, the freeway, and business locations was convenient. the free shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge stress reliever.

The regular facilities that were expected were not provided. We didn't have a microwave and there were no toothbrushes or shower items provided.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Irving for a family trip. The spacious and lovely room with comfy beds and pillows made our stay extremely comfortable. The room had enough space for my family, with two full-size beds and a sitting area that included a full-size sofa. The hot and cold breakfast options were delicious and the staff was gracious and helpful. The hotel is slightly off the beaten path, but definitely worth the effort to locate. We will definitely be returning in August!
