during my stay at best western, i was pleasantly surprised by the clean rooms and the helpful staff. my previous experience in inglewood was a bit rough, but this visit felt like a romantic date with comfort and convenience. the breakfast offerings were delightful and made our mornings enjoyable.

The parking situation could be a hassle at times, with limited spaces, and noise from the busy street outside made it tough to get a good night's sleep. Also, one guest experienced an uncomfortable incident with overbooking, which is just an example of some overall mismanagement here.

The staff was genuinely friendly, making us feel at home. We loved the complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh donuts from Randy's down the street, which were a delightful treat!
