We had a blast at the hotel bar next door after a fun-filled day at Topgolf. Tamera, the staff at the desk and bar, made amazing drinks and kept us entertained all night. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, with a great location. The breakfast was also impressive with a good selection. The staff at this location was super friendly and professional, and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, Tamara and Courtney, provided amazing customer service and made me feel welcome. They both genuinely enjoyed their jobs, which was refreshing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was extremely comfy - I had the best sleep outside of my home. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold selections, including yogurt with fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs. The hotel also had great wifi, which was perfect for my teenagers who had multiple devices connected. The little patio space outside of the pool area was my favorite spot - it was a beautiful sight facing TopGolf.

Great hotel at a great price. The hotel appeared to be brand new with modern and comfortable decor. I was pleasantly surprised by the in-house bar and the 24/7 availability of food. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of options including fresh fruit, eggs, oatmeal, waffles. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom was commendable. The king room was spacious, with a sofa and a comfortable padded coffee table.

A nice place for a family getaway. This made it difficult to provide sun protection while watching over a group of children.

I got great value for my money at Hyatt Place in The Colony. The room was modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location was convenient for the local entertainment in north Dallas area. The staff, especially Tamara and Courtney, were friendly, helpful, and really made us feel welcome.

The breakfast selection could be improved by adding some covered areas or umbrellas by the pool to provide shade for guests enjoying the poolside. This would especially benefit families with young children, allowing them to stay protected from the sun while watching over their little ones.
