We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jumeirah! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed by the high standard of service and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to help us. The hotel food was excellent, especially the breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea. The hotel room was luxurious, with beautiful decor and a stunning sea view from the balcony. The hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool and kids club, were also top-notch.

As business guests, we loved the luxurious spa, stunning room with a balcony overlooking the pool, and the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of high-quality food. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel important and valued throughout our stay. The Indian and Lebanese restaurants were also fantastic dining options.

What an amazing experience! The Club upgrade was well worth it, and the Indian restaurant was outstanding. We loved the complimentary shuttle service too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time at Jumeirah and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay, although we could hear the music from a nearby nightclub playing until late at night. Despite this, we would still recommend this hotel.

my recent stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. having previously stayed at various hotels in dubai, i can confidently say that jumeirah exceeded my expectations. from the moment i arrived, i felt like a vip. the staff were incredibly friendly, the decor was lavish, and the food at the premium restaurants was outstanding. highly recommend!

Missing water sports activities.

We had a fantastic holiday staying at an impressive hotel that had a great location on the beach and also offered free transport to the water park Wild Wadi. We enjoyed the variety of cuisines, especially the Arabic food, at the hotel's a la carte restaurants. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking view. The service we received from the staff was impeccable, especially at breakfast where they catered to all our needs.

There was limited space around the pool area which was frustrating, as we had to go further to find sunbeds.

This hotel is definitely worth its price. The service is impeccable especially in the ala carte restaurants. The location is great, within easy reach of the Wild Wadi water park. The rooms are spacious with a large terrace offering a good view. Breakfast was fantastic - delicious and varied.

I was thoroughly impressed with the dining options, especially the delicious restaurants Alnafoora and Amala. The Talise Spa was a true highlight, offering an amazing experience. The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism and top-notch customer service. The hotel accurately portrayed their rooms, which was a refreshing change. The location is ideal for beach lovers, with plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun and enjoy the water. The Turkish hammam at the spa was an absolute delight, and the private cinema added a unique touch to our stay. It truly felt like we were watching a movie in a real theater. The breakfast, pool, gym, and bedrooms were all fantastic, and my little one had a blast with the excellent kids' facilities. The Imperial suite was as amazing as ever. I had a wonderful time at this beautiful property.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel with stunning views of the ocean and city. This place had exceptional service with staff who were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the water park where I had a thrilling adventure. The in-house cinema was a nice touch and the room amenities such as the in-room safe and balcony were very convenient. I also appreciated the 24-hour room service and car hire available, which made my stay stress-free.

For families, I highly recommend this venue as it has a children's play area, pool, and babysitting services.

Luxurious facilities, exceptional staff and delicious food with great variety. Room amenities include daily water, fruit and a lovely bathroom with a "rain" shower. The pool has plenty of sanitized sunbeds, towel service and complementary kayaking. Additionally, guests have free access to a nearby water park. a pricier but high-quality resort for a memorable stay.

the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with relaxing treatments that left us feeling pampered and refreshed. the outdoor swimming pool was also lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available.

The only minor issue we faced was with the room service, which could have been more responsive. this did not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.
