As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the awesome Mediterranean quinoa salad and fresh chicken quesadillas at the hotel restaurant. The chocolate molten cake was a delicious treat too! Excellent service from the friendly staff, especially Diamond, the restaurant's manager. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Gatsby's across the street had great hamburgers for a good price. We felt safe and secure in a nice location near town.

We loved the beautiful and quiet room, with a window shade that completely darkened the room. The breakfast options were great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location next to the convention center was extremely convenient.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Novi for a business event at the attached convention center. The location was perfect and the staff made sure to remember my name throughout my short stay. The room was quiet and comfortable, with great Wi-Fi and plenty of space. The free hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise, far better than the usual continental breakfast offered at most hotels. I also appreciated the attentive and responsive staff, who quickly resolved any issues that came up during my stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room, which was surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the I-696 highway. We also appreciated the fact that our room was dark, with no outside parking lot lighting disturbing our sleep. Additionally, the heating/cooling unit was impressively quiet, allowing us to rest undisturbed. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to a mall and various restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the city.

What sets Hyatt Place apart from other hotels in the area are the quiet and dark rooms, as well as the quiet heating/cooling unit. I will definitely be coming back for future visits.

The complimentary breakfast was awesome with 24/7 food service. The room was great with a comfortable bed, sofa area, and nice shades. The AC worked great and the towels were plush. The hotel had ample parking and luggage trolleys were always available. I loved that it was connected to the Showplace.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Novi, Michigan. The hotel's location was perfect, being adjacent to a convention center and within walking distance to local restaurants and a mall. The staff provided excellent service, welcoming me by name each day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a bathtub. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was delicious, with fresh eggs and fruit every day.
