We recently stayed at a hotel in NE and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, even though we arrived close to midnight and were exhausted. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with the added bonus of already being cooled upon our arrival. We had a comfortable night's sleep and appreciated the quick check-out process in the morning. The breakfast options were also great for a quick start to the day. we had a pleasant stay.

While the bathroom tile and grout in our room were a bit rough and broken, it didn't majorly affect our stay. There were also some minor disturbances such as doors slamming in adjacent rooms and stomping on the ceiling, but it didn't significantly impact our comfort.

The hotel staff, particularly Bonnie at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to change our room to the 2nd floor so we could sleep with the windows open. The room was clean and quiet at night, allowing for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the indoor pool looked very inviting, although we unfortunately arrived too late to use it.
