The room was spacious and clean, with complimentary breakfast and a shuttle service to the airport and U.S. Open. Conveniently located near Chinatown with delicious food options within walking distance. The staff were accommodating and helped secure a great deal on a suite for our group.

The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast bar was delightful. a great experience thanks to the friendly service and convenient location.

The hotel's shuttle service made it easy to get to and from the airport, and there were plenty of transportation options nearby, including a subway station within walking distance. The hotel's location in the vibrant Flushing neighborhood meant there were lots of restaurants to choose from and even a small mall for shopping. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay.

The room was cozy and clean, and the employees were excellent. They were friendly and accommodating, especially Mr Khan , Anisur, Karim, and the Chinese guy at the front desk who was working late at night. the hotel had a great location, close to a shopping mall, and there were plenty of Asian food options nearby. It was also nice to have a spacious room, which is not always the case in New York.

I was a bit disappointed that the indoor pool was not heated and closed too early at 10 PM. It would have been great if there was a jacuzzi as well. I also wished they had a TV bar area where guests could gather and watch sports games together.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, and the staff was professional. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to a subway line and within walking distance of a mall and public transportation.

One of the downsides was that the rooms did not have a microwave. This was inconvenient, especially for guests staying for an extended period of time, as they had to go all the way to the lobby area to heat up food.

Spacious room, great location with easy access to Manhattan, delicious buffet breakfast, amazing view from the rooftop pool and fitness room, helpful front desk staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was very nice and efficient, always ready to help with anything I needed for my room. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Main St, the mall, and public transportation. Being so close to the subway and the LIRR Flushing-Main St stop made it incredibly convenient to explore this city. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also a great perk.

my recent stay in new york was great, but this time hyatt place really exceeded my expectations. the central location was perfect, the spacious room was cleaned daily, and the friendly front office staff made it even better. definitely coming back!

Parking was a hassle.

Great location for accessing Asian eateries, Mets Stadium and airports. Clean and comfortable entry. Wonderful complimentary breakfast with a variety of options, including congee and miso soup. Courteous staff and efficient service. I recommend this hotel.
