Great pre-cruise hotel. The airport shuttle was convenient, and it's only a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was decent, with surprisingly good coffee. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the TV accessory panel. we'd recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a pre-cruise visit and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the cruise port. The rooms, although in need of an update, were spacious and easily accommodated three adults and our luggage. Check-in was smooth and we appreciated the option to pay for early check-in. The breakfast, while limited on seating, was good and the staff quickly opened up a meeting room for overflow. The hotel also provided great assistance with our luggage and the shuttle bus driver was helpful and familiar to us from previous visits. a great pre-cruise hotel.

Convenient location near Port Everglades. Spacious, clean and quiet room with comfortable bed. Helpful staff provided local information. Hotel offers parking and shuttle service for cruises. Easy access to restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was decent and the staff at the front desk were friendly.

The rooms were outdated and dark. the bathroom had a small neon light above the toilet and no light above the stall, making it very dark.

We stayed for 3 days before our Disney Cruise and Hyatt Place was perfect for our family trip. Great location with food and shopping within walking distance. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and they switched it up every morning. The spacious rooms had comfortable beds and the maid service was superior. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Beautiful Hotel with Friendly and Helpful Staff

I had a great experience at Hyatt Place during my recent stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast selection. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited cereal options and a lack of fresh fruit, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We spent our Xmas vacation at this hotel and we had a great time. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions. the location was perfect, close to the shops and restaurants, but also quiet and peaceful. the best part was the comfortable beds. We slept like babies and woke up feeling refreshed for the day ahead.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few downsides. the swimming pool was not as clean as we would have liked with leaves in the water.

We loved the convenient location within walking distance of Harbour Shopping Village, where we found a supermarket and many other shops. The hotel is also close to the cruise port, which was very convenient for us. There are plenty of options for dining with several restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, including a theater and parking. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added bonus as well.

We loved the convenience of the hotel's location. Being close to the airport, cruise port, and shopping mall made our stay extremely convenient. The fact that they offer an airport shuttle was a huge plus. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious and the guest laundromat was a great convenience, especially after our cruise. we would definitely stay here again.
