I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place! The value for money was excellent, and my room was spacious and perfect. It was conveniently located near the airport and freeways. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise - I usually don't care much about breakfast, but this one was really nice. The food was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and my suite was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, including the outdoor pool which was a nice bonus.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable sleeper sofa and work desk. We had a little issue with the shower temperature, but the hotel staff efficiently changed our room with a smile. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and treated us like special guests. I'll recommend this hotel for a fabulous experience.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my city trip. It was conveniently close to both the airport and the freeway, making it easy for me to get around. the fact that they had a 24/7 restaurant on-site was a bonus, as it saved me from having to search for a place to eat late at night. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.

Despite being near the elevator, the room was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations and the airport shuttle was a convenient bonus. we highly recommend this hotel for a superb stay.

The room size was impressive, much larger than expected. the bed was comfortable and the checkout time was at noon, giving us plenty of time. the location was convenient, with easy access to downtown Indianapolis and the airport.

The immediate area surrounding the hotel was not very appealing, with mostly industrial buildings and limited dining options within walking distance. We also experienced some unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff, who were dismissive of our concerns and seemed to be gossiping about our interactions.

The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that all basic amenities are up to par. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and awesome blackout curtains. Additionally, the breakfast offers a fantastic variety of hot and healthy options.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We were upgraded to a spacious king size bedroom with a separate sitting room, which was perfect for us. the bed was super comfortable, and we had a peaceful stay on the 6th floor. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even making me a delicious Amaretto Sour and warming up a chocolate chip cookie. the breakfast was fantastic, with farm fresh eggs, monkey bread, and fresh fruit. the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and just a short distance from downtown.
