The recently remodeled rooms with their several sofas and comfortable bed made our stay very enjoyable. The room size was impressive, much larger than expected. the bed was comfortable and the checkout time was at noon, giving us plenty of time. the location was convenient, with easy access to downtown Indianapolis and the airport.

We also experienced some unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff, who were dismissive of our concerns and seemed to be gossiping about our interactions.
