I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice exercise room and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was convenient to both the Hampton's North Fork and South Fork. There were also many good restaurants nearby.

I loved the layout of our room at Hyatt Place, it was spacious and well-designed. The hotel in general had a great ambiance and was well-maintained. The indoor pool was a fantastic feature, especially for relaxing after a day of exploring. The proximity to the wineries was a major plus, as we could easily visit and enjoy the local wines. Additionally, having breakfast available at the hotel was convenient and appreciated.

The only downside of our stay was the overcrowding at breakfast due to the high number of children. However, this was likely due to it being a vacation week and not a regular occurrence.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenience of having a snack/bar area in the lobby where we could grab a drink or a bite to eat. The 24/7 menu was a lifesaver for late-night hunger cravings. The staff, especially assistant GM Katerina, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with the added bonus of having refrigerators. The location was perfect for exploring Long Island, with nearby attractions like the Long Island Aquarium and a seafood restaurant.

The staff made us feel at home and went above and beyond to help us. The view of the marina from our room was fantastic. The hotel's location near the main highway and surrounded by great restaurants and shops was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

This place exceeded our expectations during our romantic escape. We were pleased with the two complementary glasses of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries that were waiting for us in our room upon arrival. the key location of this hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway as we were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. the 24-hour fitness center allowed us to stick to our exercise routine even while on vacation.

The heating system was extremely loud and kept turning on throughout the night, causing us to lose sleep. the walls were also quite thin, as we could hear our neighbors talking in their room.

Staff was helpful and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located, with a restaurant nearby and the Long Island Aquarium within walking distance.

The bathroom had issues with the shower head and drainage. The couches were dirty and the pool was small and crowded.
