As young holiday goers, we loved the wide variety of Japanese food at breakfast and dinner. the onsen pools, including the private air bath, were spacious and clean. the staff was super helpful and even assisted us with a lost item after checkout. Kimono use was included, adding to the authentic experience.

Communication with staff was poor - we missed out on the shuttle bus to the station due to lack of information. Explanation of customs, like yukata wearing, was lacking.

I always return to this spot. On my first visit, staff kindly helped me find misplaced items. It's my perfect match, providing Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, a restaurant, and a jacuzzi. This place has all I need for my trips.
