I truly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Mt. Laurel. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable, and the staff made every effort to accommodate my needs, including providing fresh towels. The breakfast was satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from.

Only issue was slow elevators.

What a lekker surprise, the room was like a breath of fresh air! Super comfy bed, felt like a cloud. Chommies at reception were friendly and got me sorted quick. Brekkie was solid, loved those hot options!

Only downside was the pool—bit too cold for a lekker splash. But everything else was top-notch!

The breakfast spread was a delightful treasure! My family loved the variety and everything was fresh and hot. Plus, the location was a gourmand's dream, with great dining options in every direction! Staff were attentive and made you feel at home.

Now, about the bathroom—there was a sink outside the tiny space, leaving little room for our things. When we returned after a long day, our room hadn’t been made up, which was a bummer.

The moment I checked in, the front desk staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly. My room was like a little sanctuary—spacious, quiet, and with cozy beds that felt cloud-like. Plus, the location was perfect for my daily adventures in the area.

However, my experience wasn’t without a hitch. The breakfast could have been better, with some items falling flat, and at times, it was difficult to find parking when busy. I also noticed the need for a few upgrades around the hotel, which would have enhanced my stay.

The breakfast offered a mix of predictable and comforting options like oatmeal and fresh fruit, making it easy to start the day right. I appreciated the consistent hot water and solid water pressure in the shower—no one likes a lukewarm rinse.

Parking was a challenge. if you pull up and the front lot is full, good luck finding a spot nearby. The gym left a lot to be desired with limited equipment and a rundown vibe—rusty machines and mildew aren't exactly motivating. The rooms show their age, especially with noisy HVAC units and outdated technology, making the stay feel less premium than expected. Plus, the breakfast needs a boost. some items were unappetizing, with hard waffles and odd-colored bananas. Lastly, if you're reliant on elevators, be prepared for long waits—only one was operational during my stay, which was less than ideal, especially for families. Oh, and there was a lack of adequate toiletries, which was puzzling.

The room was spacious and clean, making it great for my family. We loved the pool area and enjoyed a fun day at Sahara Sam's Indoor Water Fun Park nearby. The staff was friendly, adding to our positive experience.

My kids wished for better breakfast options.

the hyatt place was super clean and the staff was really friendly, like they really cared about us. the breakfast was way better than i expected, hot and fresh, and the coffee was amazin! the room was comfy with a nice setup for my fam, and i loved the big tv where we could connect our stuff. the location was awesome too, right near shops and places to eat.

the wi-fi was pretty terrible, like almost unusable for anything other than basic browsing. Also, the shower could've used some work. it wasn't the best experience.
