Facilities need an upgrade and better cleaning!!! The fire alarm malfunctioned for hours causing chaos and discomfort!!! Bathroom doors barely open without force!!! Plaster is falling in the lobby!!!

our room had a musty smell, which wasn't great. on the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were decent, with good coffee! the access to nashville was super convenient! 😊👍
