There was nothing I didn't like.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the facilities and amenities at Taj Bengal Kolkata. The room I stayed in, number 119, was extremely spacious and offered a beautiful full view of the surroundings. The food and services provided by the hotel were excellent, and the staff, especially Ms. Sonia Prasad, were very helpful in ensuring a smooth check-in process. I was also grateful to a staff member named Vikram, who went above and beyond to help me charge my mobile. my experience was excellent and I would love to visit again.

Excellent experience at Taj Bengal! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had an issue with our debit card, but they quickly resolved it and ensured a smooth check-out process. The room was spacious and had a stunning view. The meals at the restaurant were delicious with a wide variety of dishes. The hotel's location surrounded by green spaces made for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience staying at this luxury hotel in Alipore. The location was convenient as it was close to all important places worth visiting in Kolkata. The room was well-appointed with all the usual amenities and comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the bell boys and housekeeping staff. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, offering a wide range of options. The view from the room was fantastic, with a picturesque view of the city. The hotel also had excellent facilities such as a well-equipped gym and a business center.

The rooms were slightly old and had a musty smell.

From the moment we arrived at this luxurious hotel, we were greeted with exceptional service from staff who went above and beyond to meet our every need. the room was beautifully decorated and had exclusive amenities, including a steam room and private facilities. We loved spending time in the outdoor swimming pool and garden area, followed by a relaxing massage at the spa centre.

Although everything was spectacular overall, we did experience a minor issue with the restaurant. the special diet menus were not up to the standard we expected from this hotel, but the poolside snack bar more than made up for it with its delicious offerings.

Complemental breakfast was given. Nice location near main attractions and shopping area. the rooftop pool was amazing.

The service was slow and we had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities to be brought to our room. the rooms were not well-maintained and were often dirty.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff, especially Mr Vijaybabu, ensured I was served dishes I liked. A hotel representative, Mr Roopkishore, helped me catch my flight despite being late due to rain and traffic. a great experience.
