The rooms were so comfy and spacious. The kids loved the air conditioning and the cable TV. The coffee machine was a nice touch for us tired parents!

The location of Hyatt Place was perfect for exploring downtown Phoenix. I enjoyed being able to walk just a few blocks in any direction and find great restaurants and entertainment options. The hotel also had a tram on Central Ave., which made it convenient to travel to other destinations without needing a car. Additionally, the staff at Hyatt Place were amazing and always ready to help with anything we needed.

One drawback of my stay was the noise at night. The downtown area can be busy and noisy, so I highly recommend bringing ear plugs.
