The staff was welcoming and the check-in was smooth! Locations was perfect! You can easily walk to tourist spots like the Space Needle and the museum.

Long waits for the elevator were frustrating, especially during busy times. Noisy disturbances from the street outside disrupted our sleep more than once.

I found the location perfect for exploring the local attractions. The staff were accommodating, and they provided a crib for my child without charge. I enjoyed the breakfast options, which were different each day, and the area was clean. The gym was small but had everything I needed. I appreciated the friendly environment, especially during the weekend when more families appeared. It felt good to be in a space welcoming to family travelers like myself.

The King Room with Sofa Bed offered a cozy atmosphere with a clean, well-organized space and a firm yet comfortable bed, ideal for relaxing. The breakfast featured a large selection, including delicious homemade jams, and the dining staff impressed with their warmth and attention to cleanliness. However, the check-in process felt chaotic, as the front desk staff appeared overloaded with tasks. Additionally, the absence of a restaurant, replaced by a limited bar menu, was disappointing, and room service was inconsistent, leaving us without cleaning several times during our stay.

The room was clean, organized, and had handy amenities like shampoo and body wash. Very spacious with a large sofa and good TV. Loved the convenient location near the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market, perfect for exploring.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness centre, and flat-screen TVs. On my first stay, staff helped me with directions, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a pleasant holiday. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!
