The recent updates include retractable beds, impressive rbg lights, and a big TV. The air conditioning unit is perfect, not staying inside the room. The daily room service is attentive and thorough. The location is less than 5 minutes walking from the Capitol, making it convenient for attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The check-in process was simple and hassle-free, allowing me to quickly start my vacation in DC. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the Capital One Arena and other attractions in the city. Additionally, the room itself was fantastic, with modern touches and a comfortable bed that made for a pleasant stay.

There were a few aspects of my experience at the hotel that were less than satisfactory. Firstly, the bathroom lighting in my room was not working properly, and the futuristic light switch was confusing to operate. While the front desk staff were helpful in addressing the issue, it was still an inconvenience. Secondly, the frosted glass in the shower, while cool-looking, did not provide enough privacy, especially when nature called. Lastly, I was disappointed that the pool deck was not accessible to guests without additional restrictions, as it would have been a nice amenity to enjoy during my stay.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the complementary festive treats in our room and the beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and several restaurants and bars. The room was particularly spacious and well equipped, which made our stay comfortable.

We found it quite noisy at night due to the sound of emergency vehicles passing by frequently. Although the hotel had a restaurant on-site, we were disappointed with the limited menu options. Additionally, we were charged an excessive fee for having food delivered to our room.
