I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Utica for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. The gentleman who checked us in late at night on Oct 25 was incredibly friendly and engaging, making us feel right at home. The room itself was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the heated pool - it was the best I've experienced in a hotel, with no initial shock factor getting in and plenty of warmth to enjoy with my kids. The hotel was also very quiet, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra towels promptly. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, allowing us to indulge as much as we wanted. Additionally, the hotel had plenty of modern technology features, including a "charging station" next to a huge TV with a wide variety of channels. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. Special mention goes to the friendly police officers who stop by in the evenings - their presence made us feel welcomed and safe.

We had a pleasant stay during our romantic escape. the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They were always helpful and made us feel welcome. the room was nice and spacious, with a comfortable sitting area where we could relax and unwind. the hot breakfast served was good, offering a variety of options like eggs, hot cereal, and fruit. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to a shopping area along Hall's Road.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the bed was uncomfortable, with loud springs that made noise whenever we moved.
