The room was so cozy and had everything I needed - a comfy bed with premium bedding, air conditioning, free Internet, a fridge, and a microwave. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for beach lovers like me!

I personally prefer separate showers instead of shower/tub combinations.

The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was upgraded, clean, and had special requests taken care of efficiently.

During our stay at Comfort Inn, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The WiFi was reliable and the pet-friendly policy made it a convenient choice for our family. Although not within walking distance of campus, it was a short drive to VT. Planning ahead for game days is necessary as there is no shuttle service to campus, but this didn't hinder our overall positive experience.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially towards our dog. The complimentary hot breakfast had a good variety of items, including delicious Chobani yogurt. The location was convenient, not far off the highway and just a few minutes away from Virginia Tech.

The thermostat in the room was difficult to control and the water pressure in the shower was low.

Located conveniently near stores, outskirts of town, and even Great Smokey National Park. The hotel is also situated next to a popular Mexican restaurant. Rooms have plenty of outlets and excellent Wi-Fi. Staff is welcoming and attentive.

The light sheer over the window is not enough to block out the bright outside light that shines in all night.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area. It was conveniently located near various attractions and restaurants, making it easy to get around. the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. They were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had.

One major downside was the lack of information regarding the airport shuttle. We were not aware that it was only available Monday to Friday during normal business hours, which was inconvenient for us as our flight times did not align with this schedule.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and safe. The staff were always engaging and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly situated just off the highway, in a clean area of town, and close to all the great restaurants and downtown. It was also very convenient for us to visit our granddaughter on her college campus.

The breakfast was a great surprise. They had delicious biscuits and a nice selection. The front desk was very pleasant and check-in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable, I slept great. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again, despite the lack of towel racks. I recommend the Comfort Inn.

The hotel had a great location, close to everything I wanted to do, and at a reasonable price for College Parents. The breakfast selection was excellent, with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, ham, biscuits. The staff were amazing, going out of their way to accommodate us before the standard check-in time.
