I was impressed with the value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient, with stores and restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent service, checking us in smoothly and even accommodating our request for milk for our son. They were also friendly and welcoming to our dog. Additionally, the hotel paid for a room at another hotel when they were overbooked, ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety and options.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. Considering the reasonable prices, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location near Smash Park was a definite highlight, as it was close to everything we needed and right off the highway. We also appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Furthermore, the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the soaker tub even with the sofa, added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Last but not least, the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of high-quality items on offer.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in West Des Moines for a few nights with my family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were hot and refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing milk for my son. The hotel was upscale and stylish, with a modern design and a clean and bright atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the floor to ceiling windows with room darkening blinds. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious hot and cold choices, including cottage cheese, which was a unique and enjoyable addition. our stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel.
