The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring downtown attractions like the Arch and the America's Center. The lobby had an elegant atmosphere and the bar was a nice place to relax. The breakfast provided was ample and the staff provided great service. The room, although average, was comfortable and functional. The comfortable beds and abundance of pillows made for a good night's sleep.

As young holiday goers, we loved the central location, just one block from the Arch and the Dred Scott Courthouse. There's also a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel had a 1940s film noir vibe, with well-insulated rooms and friendly staff.

Our stay was decent. The location was great! It was very close to all things downtown, on the river, and near several tourist attractions. Additionally, live entertainment added a real feel of the reason we celebrate the 4th of July.

The karaoke sounded terrible and the casino was extremely outdated.

The hotel's location close to the Arch and landmarks of Saint Louis is definitely a plus. Also, the rooms with a great view on the Arch, like the premium king bedroom with the Jacuzzi tub, are a luxurious treat. The breakfast with fresh omelets included in the rate is a great value for money.

Maintenance issues, such as a shower head falling apart and a layout that made bathroom access difficult. the area surrounding the hotel felt deserted at night and I encountered street people on my way to dinner.

Front desk staff were efficient and welcoming. Gift shop inside a bank vault had a unique design. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was satisfactory. Location was convenient.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just a short walk from the iconic arch. the close proximity to the main attractions was a huge plus. Additionally, the lobby of the hotel was impressive, giving off a grand and welcoming vibe. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. the first room I was given had a strong smoke odor and was not properly cleaned.

The comfortable king bed and whirlpool tub were very relaxing. The staff was attentive and helpful.
