My wife says that some designated family-friendly areas for kids' activities would make the stay even more memorable.

The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront offers stunning views of the St. Johns River from the room, providing a picturesque setting. the valet and bellhop services were efficient and courteous, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

There was an eye sore with ugly construction on the river, detracting from the otherwise pleasing view from the room.

At the hotel, I was delighted by the Market, a 24/7 dining option serving freshly brewed coffee and grab-and-go snacks. It felt like stumbling upon a hidden treasure chest of treats, with the convenience of satisfying my cravings anytime, day or night.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, a hotel chosen by my director. The hotel provided an excellent experience with its state-of-the-art in-house gym, catering perfectly to sports enthusiasts. Additionally, the year-round outdoor pool offered magnificent views of the river, creating a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. The picturesque surroundings made my downtime at the hotel truly enjoyable.

The staff at this hotel were excellent - friendly, attentive, and professional. From the valet staff to the restaurant servers, everyone was polite and very helpful. Josh at check-in went above and beyond, providing me with extra bags for my ice since I was on crutches. the view of the river from the room was stunning, and the 24hr market came in handy after a late concert. the location was perfect for our needs, with plenty of activities nearby.

One area that could be improved is the room amenities. the bedding and towels felt a bit cheap and rough, and the bed was uncomfortably hard.

the hyatt regency was spotless - like brand new. the location was great - right by river city brewery. the staff gave awesome local tips and went the extra mile. the breakfast was delicious and worth it!

Close proximity to Florida Theatre, breweries, and a bar with pool tables. Impressive lobby, friendly staff, and GREAT front desk service. Delicious breakfast included in the rate. Comfortable bed and pillow, hot and powerful shower. Attentive staff.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront was convenient for a transit stop during my travels. The hotel's proximity to the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts and the Museum of Contemporary Art made it easy to explore the local cultural scene in just a short walk from the hotel.

My check-in experience at the hotel was marred by a reservation mix-up, causing delays and inconvenience. Despite the complimentary breakfast offered as an apology, the initial confusion with my reservation left a negative impression on my overall stay.
