My partner and I stayed at Hyatt Regency for a week and it was perfect for exploring NYC. The location was ideal, with easy access to Manhattan via the nearby Path train. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the Verzanno Narrows Bridge and the city skyline. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy couch by the window and a TV with built-in Chromecast. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. We also loved the boardwalk by the hotel, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

When our bags were lost by the airline, they provided helpful recommendations and even went out of their way to find a birthday card for my daughter's 5th birthday. Nothing is perfect.

The hotel is a great value for money, with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline from the northeast panoramic windows. It's located just across the World Trade Center and right next to the metro and Path stations. The staff is very attentive and the basic amenities are top-notch.

We had a fantastic stay here! This place is perfectly located just across the World Trade Center with the Path station right next to it. It's so easy to get to the city, and the MetLife stadium is just a short trip away. The room amenities were great, too - we had everything we needed like ironing facilities, a fridge, and comfy rollaway beds. The staff was amazing and helped make arrangements for everything we needed, from tours and tickets to wake-up calls and dry cleaning. The dining restaurant was excellent - the staff at the bar provided great service with a ton of TVs for watching sports.

This place was perfect for our view of the NYC skyline and so convenient to get to NYC. The transport link to WTC was terrific. The staff at this venue, especially at reception and the bar, were very friendly. The combined with the amazing views of the NY/NJ skyline made our stay here even better.

The service room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry were not very welcoming. The food service in the restaurant was the slowest I ever experienced.
