At my first stay, the staff suggested great dining places. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, indoor swimming pool, and a game room. I'm coming back for the weekend.

Great staff overall, especially Gabe and Rebecca at the Mix bar, who remembered my drink preferences. the location was very convenient, connected directly to the convention center, and there were plenty of amenities in the area for convenience.

The bed was too firm and unsupportive, and the prices in the restaurants were high for the quality of food. Additionally, there were some issues with the special package I purchased, as I had to remind the hotel about the tickets and had to call back for the food and beverage credit.

McCormick Place hosts record-breaking events. Covered walkways and easy access to attractions. Popcorn and espresso machine lured attendees.

Quick and safe walk to a major venue. Tree and water designs made it pretty. Staff was hospitable, including restaurant and parking workers. Clean, well-lit room with a great view of Michigan Lake and Navy Pier. Amenities included self-serve parking, air conditioning, and microwave access.

During my transit stay at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, I found the convenient connections to other trains and airports to be very helpful. The CTA Green Line Route offered easy citywide connections to the Loop and free transfers to multiple "L" lines, including the Blue Line to O'Hare Airport and the Orange Line to Midway Airport. The Cermak-McCormick Place Green Line Station was just 2 blocks away, providing accessibility and convenience for getting around the city. the dedicated transportation gates at each building made it effortless for guests arriving via shuttle bus, taxi, or rideshare.

One minor inconvenience during my stay at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place was the lack of fully stocked amenities, such as the pop machine being completely out of stock. While there were dining options available, having access to a fully stocked pop machine, especially late at night, would have been a convenient addition for guests.

We loved the spacious room and its captivating view. The location was great for our conference and the nearby dining places were beckoning. We appreciated the courteous customer service throughout our stay. we'd recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency! We were in town for a concert at Soldier Field and the location was perfect for us. The walk to the venue was quick and safe, even late at night. The room was beautiful, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. We also appreciated the flexibility to leave our car in the parking garage until 8pm after check-out. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the security officer who assisted us when we had trouble exiting the garage. we loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again!
