Spacious corner rooms, friendly staff eager to assist, excellent pool hours – a delightful stay!

i almost thought this hotel would be grand, but the room was dusty and the bathroom was less than clean. after requesting cleaning and linens, nothing happened! isn’t that what a ‘regency’ is supposed to mean? also, a slight compensation like a welcome gift would’ve been nice, but that was clearly too much to ask. not impressed.

Ja no, the views from my room on the 29th floor were just lekka! Nice to wake up to the skyline. The shuttle to the marathon start was a solid touch. The pool and gym were also on point, really upgraded my stay!

Though, must say the decor felt a bit dated, could use some sprucing up.

The stay was nice. The high floors offered views of the lake and stadium. The staff were attentive and helped me with my requests. I enjoyed the good food options available, and it was convenient to walk to the convention center without going outside. I appreciated the charging options in the room for my devices. This experience was one of my better ones while traveling for business as a single traveler.

For convenience, use the market for quick bites to avoid crowded dining options. Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for better city views.

The room was spacious and clean, and I woke up to a stunning view of the Chicago skyline. The staff was accommodating and ensured my stay was enjoyable.

However, the bathroom layout was a bit tricky. After a shower, I had to navigate through puddles to wash my hands or use the toilet. Not ideal!

the room I got was delayed for check-in. but I was upgraded to a high floor for cheap. the staff was super friendly. the bar had great drinks and the food at Sixes and Eights was delicious.

Beautiful, luxurious room with a stunning lake view! The location was perfect for my daughter's interview at Illinois College of Optometry. Self-parking was super easy, and the staff was always friendly and helpful!

We really loved the spacious room and the wide variety of meal options, especially dining at the Market 2 Go for quick bites before heading out. The hotel's proximity to attractions made it easy for our kids to enjoy downtown Chicago.

My kids wished there was a dedicated kids' area for them to play safely while we relaxed.

The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place exceeded my expectations with its stunning lake views, a spacious room, and incredibly friendly staff. Located conveniently next to the convention center, my stay was hassle-free and enjoyable with lots of options to eat nearby.

Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Lacked nearby dining options for meals.

I had a great experience during my stay. The fitness center had a variety of equipment to use, which was perfect for my routine. I appreciated the convenience of moving between the hotel and the convention center without going outside. They provided a shuttle to a major event, which saved me time. The restaurant staff handled my requests well. Returning to my comfortable room was a treat after a long day. I felt like I was at home. Overall, I enjoyed my time here.
