The restaurant had terrific food, with exceptional service from Matt the manager and Shirley our server. The complimentary morning coffee and tea in the lobby, featuring Tazo tea, was also a nice touch.

I loved this hotel! The location for my 6AM flight was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The hotel staff, especially Steven who assisted me with a wheelchair, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room service was excellent, with delicious fish and chips, and the staff member named Cinnamon went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, even finding an ice pack for my back. I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport and had a great experience. The restaurant in the lobby at Hyatt was fantastic. Despite being understaffed, the personnel did an excellent job of seating and serving tables. I was impressed to see the chef out serving dinner plates to help the one server who was managing over 6 tables. The concierge was also very helpful in recommending shopping venues. The proximity to the airport was vital for my travels.
