The service at check-in was quite underwhelming. I expected a warmer welcome but received indifference instead. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, which was particularly disappointing given the hotel’s price point. It’s unfortunate that the high cost did not ensure an impeccable experience, as there were no free parking options, further adding to the overall expenditure.

Room was spacious and had a huge TV.

The bed was comfortable, and the quick service for extra coffee was impressive. Plus, being able to reach my hotel room just 10 minutes after landing was incredibly convenient.

i was shocked at the lack of sound proofing, i thought i was staying in a hotel not a popcorn factory. and the restaurant staff, talk about ignoring me! just a nod would’ve been nice. it's like they forgot i'm even here. was expecting at least a welcome gift for the inconvenience, but alas, just so disappointing.

Superb location right by the airport, chommie at reception was so friendly! Got my room overlooking the runway, sweet views. The food at the restaurant was quite lekker, tasty meals and quick service too!

So close to the airport! Super handy for catching early flights. The room was neat, had a big TV and a coffee maker. Love that I could just stroll to the terminal—no need to stress about delays!

the check-in was confusing, but I loved the location next to the airport. the beds were comfy , and I enjoyed the luxury vinyl flooring. there’s also a great restaurant on-site which was a real plus.
