The hotel had a great pool area with a nice bar where you could relax and enjoy drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to downtown and the marina area, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was that the poolside service was lacking. There was only one server for the entire pool area, which meant long waits to place food and drink orders.

We recently stayed at Hyatt Sarasota for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and had an excellent experience. The desk clerk provided exceptional service, ensuring our accommodations were tailored to our celebration. They even offered us a first-level room with access to the stairs for convenience. The room had a balcony with a stunning view of the waterfall lagoon pool. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The staff's friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly memorable.

This hotel is situated on the waterfront which is really nice. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and great amenities. I loved having a balcony with a marina view. The breakfast was good with varied options including tasty omelets made by a chef.

Close to Ritz-Carlton, Ringling museum, and St. Armand's circle. Walkable to downtown and beach. Boat docking available. Great breakfast buffet. Well-maintained hotel with nice marina view. Clean pool and spa with perfect water temperature. Lovely touch with chocolate covered strawberries and Prosecco for special occasions. Short walk to downtown.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The staff provided excellent service, from the bell staff to the waitstaff in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed renting bicycles and kayaks from the marina.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The entire staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even upgraded our room when there was a mix-up with our booking. The bell service was outstanding and provided us with helpful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The cable TV had a small issue, but the maintenance manager quickly fixed it and even treated us to a complimentary pay-per-view movie. Jennifer, one of the wait staff at Currents restaurant, made a special cocktail for my wife, which was a lovely touch. The food at Currents was excellent, and we enjoyed the convenience of renting bicycles, kayaks, and fishing gear from the hotel's marina.

The location was very convenient, just a short drive away from all the attractions. The hotel's position right by the marina also provided picturesque views. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a large variety of high quality food options.

The elevators were in need of maintenance and caused delays at times.

Exceptional staff, upgraded room, top-notch bell service, knowledgeable staff, excellent food, wide range of activities.

On a more positive note, one of the highlights of my stay was having a balcony in my room. It was refreshing to have fresh air and enjoy my morning coffee outside. The view from the room was absolutely amazing, and the sliding glass windows made the room feel spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, being near downtown and just a short distance from St. Armands Circle. This made it convenient for me to take my daily 5-mile walk in the area without any issues. while there were certainly disappointments during my stay, these two aspects, along with the convenient location, were the best parts of my experience.

First of all, the hotel was in dire need of renovations. The overall cleanliness of the bathrooms was subpar, and the check-in and check-out process left much to be desired.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the bathtub in my room was dirty and had damage in certain areas.
