Great location with exceptional views. Rooms could be cleaner and more updated, but free valet & breakfast helped. Valet staff varied, some excellent, others not so much. Roof deck needs improvement. Parking fees and communication issues. A convenient stay with room for improvement.

Had a GREAT time in Savannah for Thanksgiving. the indoor pool looked better in photos. Overall, I'd visit again.

the location can't beat it! walking distance to everything on river street 🚶‍♂️. the outside bar's view is 👌. Rooms were clean but 🧼 service was lacking. Staff was 👍 overall.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Downtown Savannah with easy access to all the main attractions! The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city from the balcony, making our stay truly enjoyable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. 🌆

Despite some noise from the lobby, the friendly staff and spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay. The hotel’s close proximity to major landmarks like Colonial Park Cemetery and Forsyth Park allowed for enjoyable family bonding experiences. The indoor swimming pool added to our relaxation, but some room updates are needed. A charming spot for a Savannah adventure.

The views of the Savannah River from my room were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. Walking along The River Street just outside the hotel was an enchanting experience, with its charming cobblestone streets and lively atmosphere. The open-air kitchen at Moss + Oak Savannah Eatery added a delightful touch to the dining experience, making it feel homey and welcoming.

No bell service, and having to wheel our own luggage to and from the room was not ideal.

stayed at The Hyatt- staff were so helpful even when i was sick. my son and his wife enjoyed. clean facilities, central location with lots to do nearby. friendly and bright staff despite busy conference time. rooms decent size, close to tours. will return.

I always return for the amazing service. At my first stay, the staff kindly assisted my elderly parents. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, indoor pool, and more. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

the hotel was clean and right on river st - very convenient for exploring. there's a guests only elevator to river st - which was a huge plus. got a room upgrade with a nice view, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was very convenient to everything we wanted to see while in Savannah. We could walk to all the attractions of downtown and it was ideal for walking around. The hotel itself was beautiful and had a great atmosphere. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and they even comped our valet parking as an apology. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, a separate tub and shower, and all the necessary toiletries. We also appreciated the fitness center and indoor swimming pool, which were perfect for getting some exercise.

We highly recommend this place to all.
