Staff was remarkable—friendly, accommodating, and attentive. the dining experience fell short. Breakfast buffet was overpriced at $26, and the quality was disappointing. Runny scrambled eggs should not be served at that price. Room conditions need improvement: dusty corners and insufficient lighting made it hard to read. A solid hotel, but inconsistent experiences with room assignments and maintenance issues must be addressed. Parking charges should be clearer upfront. It's a charming place with great potential; I encourage the management to refine these aspects. Uncertain if I would return under current circumstances.

Our interior room faced the elevator, leading to disturbances from nearby guests late at night. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with curtains and bathroom walls showing signs of neglect. Although the valet service was polite, the overall impression of the room did not match the high expectations set by the hotel's amenities. A quieter, cleaner space with better bedding would have significantly improved the experience.

The Hyatt Regency Savannah offers a stunning river view and a beautiful, modern lobby that invites relaxation. Most of the staff were friendly, and the restaurant provided excellent meals. housekeeping could improve, and some amenities need better upkeep, such as the pool area and gym.

I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we wanted. The free toiletries provided were of good quality, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. One thing that disappointed me was the lack of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room, which I usually rely on to wake up in the mornings. We decided to try out room service during our stay, but unfortunately, it was lacking. The service did not meet our expectations, and I found myself making the bed daily out of habit since basic cleaning tasks were not performed consistently. On the bright side, the hotel offered dry cleaning and laundry services, which came in handy during our stay. The valet parking service was efficient, although the overnight fee seemed a bit steep compared to other options in the area. We also took advantage of the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel, which helped us explore the surrounding area with ease. we did not get the chance to experience any happy hour offerings during our stay, which would have been a nice addition to our trip.

The location was amazing, right by the river, couldn't ask for a better spot! Being able to walk everywhere was super convenient. Plus, the free breakfast for kids was a great value, and the river view from the room was breathtaking.
