I recently stayed at Hyatt in Lahaina for a week-long vacation. The room condition was impeccable, like new and extremely clean. The layout of the room was very convenient, especially with the great kitchen and laundry equipment provided. I loved the excellent view from my room, and the balcony setup was perfect for enjoying the scenery. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The pool at the hotel was outstanding and offered a great beach section. I also appreciated the easy access to other venues through the beach walkway. The staff at the hotel were always cheerful and responsive to any questions or needs. Additionally, the optional services offered were very nice, and the wifi connection was consistently strong.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was prompt. The views from the condo were amazing, with spotless accommodations and high-end appliances. The resort had several nice restaurants nearby and was within walking distance of Whaler's Village, making it a key location for dining and shopping.

The check-in process was confusing, especially with two Hyatts next to each other with different systems. This caused us to check-in at the wrong one and have to be sent back without any assistance.

As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we loved the variety of amenities and activities offered at the Hyatt Vacation Club. The pool area was outstanding, with a beautiful view and a tiki bar that was perfect for sipping drinks while relaxing by the pool. The beach walkway provided easy access to other venues, and the staff was always cheerful and responsive to any questions we had. The condo itself was wonderful, well-equipped with everything we could ever need, including laundry detergent and basic condiments. The highlight for us was the huge lanai with a daybed overlooking the pool and ocean – a great spot to hang out and enjoy the view.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints whatsoever.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value - the two room suite was absolutely amazing and the room condition was like new and very clean. The location of the hotel was ideal, right on Ka'anapali beach, which is arguably the best beach in the world. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always cheerful and responsive to any questions we had.

The only thing that could make the breakfast choices better would be a wider variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property on Ka'anapali Beach. The view from the middle location 2-bedroom unit was absolutely stunning and the room itself was immaculate. I loved the spacious balcony that opened up to create extra outdoor space. The pool area was great, especially for the kids, and the beach was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Being able to use the amenities at the neighboring Hyatt hotel was a bonus. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was huge with breathtaking ocean views, and the sound of the waves put us right to sleep. The property is deluxe, with a beautiful pool and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location at the very south of Ka'anapali beach was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the ocean from our balcony. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, as they were friendly and extremely accommodating. The room amenities were impressive, with tea and coffee facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a dining table for our convenience. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms ensured that we were always connected. The washing machine and dryer in the room were a great perk, allowing us to easily take care of our laundry. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime, and the outdoor dining area was a lovely spot to enjoy meals.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right by the ocean in a stunning area on the Southwest coast of Maui. Being so close to the beach made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful shoreline. In addition to the beach, the hotel was also situated near shops and restaurants, which made exploring this city a breeze. The friendly staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

Amazing ocean-front villa with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the resort's lagoon and swimming pool. The private balcony was the perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunset. The beach being just a few steps away was very convenient for enjoying the ocean.

The location was a little farther from Whaler's Village than preferred, despite still being only a 10-minute walk. Additionally, the fitness center lacked proper air movement and could get hot, making it less enjoyable for a workout.

We loved the well-equipped rooms with great views, convenient kitchen and laundry facilities. The pool and beach were outstanding, and the beach walkway made it easy to explore. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the optional services were a nice touch. The WiFi was consistently strong.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everything was wonderful. The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The lobby and pool were beautiful, and the staff was friendly. The Tiki Bar was the perfect place to relax by the pool. The hotel is right on the beach and close to everything in west Maui.

The resort was beautifully landscaped and staff were friendly and helpful. Our balcony had a gorgeous view, and the location was key for great attractions and restaurants.

The room was clean but not very comfortable. The couch had seen better days, and the TV volume wouldn't work.
