Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Hickory was fantastic! The room and property were extremely clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and we felt safe and at ease throughout our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even looking up directions for us. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh fruit, and everything was delicious.

After a disappointing stay at a Holiday Inn years ago, I was hesitant to give this establishment another chance. However, I am glad I did because my stay at Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and the hotel decor was tasteful. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the high water pressure in the shower and the amazing Dove products in the bathroom.

I strongly recommend this hotel.
